Who we are

singletenant.ai is operated by Simon Newton, who is the data controller for any personal data processed through this site. Contact: simon@singletenant.ai.

What this site collects

This is a static reference site. It has no user accounts, no comment system, and no newsletter. The site itself sets no cookies and runs no advertising or cross-site tracking.

Hosting logs. The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes visitor IP addresses and request metadata in transient server logs to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. The lawful basis is legitimate interests (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)): operating and securing the service. Cloudflare acts as a processor; its network is global, and transfers outside the UK are covered by its data processing terms and standard contractual safeguards.

Email. If you email us (corrections, vendor news, consulting enquiries), we process your name, email address, and the contents of your message in order to reply. The lawful basis is legitimate interests (responding to correspondence you initiated). Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the matter and is not added to any marketing list.

What this site does not do

We do not sell or share personal data, run marketing campaigns, or profile visitors. Outbound links go to vendor sites which have their own privacy policies; referral links are marked and described on the disclosure page.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, or erase personal data we hold about you, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email simon@singletenant.ai. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office: ico.org.uk.
